1. Platform operator

The website https://comedisdire.com, its subdomains, applications, private areas and associated services (the “Platform” or “ComeDisdire”) are operated by Zemobile LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered address at 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States, and EIN 30-1306023. Zemobile LLC is responsible for operating the Platform, providing the services, managing the contractual relationship with users and collecting payments through the payment provider.

ComeDisdire's promotion, advertising and user-acquisition activities are carried out by Elite Media Applications, S.L., with registered address at Avda. Josep Tarradellas 38, 08029 Barcelona, Spain, and Spanish tax number B67444869. Elite Media Applications, S.L. is involved in marketing and advertising activities. Zemobile LLC remains responsible for service provision, contracting and payments.

2. Independent status

ComeDisdire is a private, independent technology platform that facilitates the preparation, transmission and tracking of cancellation requests addressed to companies and service providers.

• It is not a public administration, official body, administrative authority, consumer association, law firm, notary or public postal service.
• It is not part of, and does not act on behalf of, the companies listed in its directory.
• It is not affiliated with, authorised, sponsored or endorsed by those companies.
• It cannot compel a recipient to accept or carry out a request.
• It does not provide legal advice or legally represent the user.
• It does not replace any official, contractual or legally required procedure that may apply.

Third-party trade marks

Third-party trade marks, logos, trade names and company names are used solely to identify services that a user may wish to cancel. They belong to their respective owners, and their inclusion does not imply any relationship, association, cooperation or authorisation.

3. Purpose

ComeDisdire enables users to consult general cancellation information, provide details for preparing a cancellation request, commission its transmission through an electronic communication with technical evidence, view its status and available supporting records and, where contracted or activated, access Meno Club services. ComeDisdire acts as a technology intermediary. The decision on whether to carry out a cancellation rests solely with the recipient company.

4. Conditions of use

Users agree to use the Platform lawfully, diligently and in accordance with this documentation. Users must not provide false information, use third-party data without authorisation, request cancellations without proper authority, impersonate another person, use the Platform fraudulently, submit unlawful content, interfere with its security or commercially exploit the Platform without authorisation.

5. Intellectual property

ComeDisdire's software, design, structure, databases, text, graphics, trade marks and other proprietary components belong to Zemobile LLC or its licensors. Users retain any rights they hold in the data and documents they provide and grant Zemobile LLC the limited authorisation necessary to process them for the purpose of providing the services.

6. Liability

ComeDisdire makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform operational and provide useful information. Companies may change their procedures and conditions without notice.

• ComeDisdire does not guarantee that the recipient company will accept a request.
• ComeDisdire does not guarantee that a cancellation will take effect on a particular date.
• ComeDisdire does not guarantee the removal of accrued charges, minimum terms or penalties.
• ComeDisdire does not guarantee that sending a request will automatically prevent future invoices or renewals.
• ComeDisdire does not guarantee that technical evidence will be sufficient for any particular proceeding.
• ComeDisdire does not guarantee that third-party information will remain permanently up to date.

Limitation of liability

Users must check directly with the recipient company whether the cancellation has been accepted and review any subsequent charges. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zemobile LLC's liability will be limited to the amount actually paid by the user during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not affect liabilities that cannot legally be limited or consumers' non-waivable rights.

7. Governing law

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable in the consumer's country of habitual residence.
