Cancellation and refund policy
1. Purchase, payments and subscription
The applicable prices and conditions are those accepted during each purchase process and include applicable taxes where relevant. The initial service is purchased when the user completes the process and payment is authorised. Meno Club is offered separately after the initial service and is purchased only through the user's express, separate acceptance. The subscription includes an initial seven-day free period and then renews at €39.95 per month, including taxes, until cancelled.
2. Start and full performance
The initial service begins when the user confirms the purchase and ComeDisdire starts technical processing. It is fully performed when ComeDisdire completes the essential operations for the purchased service, including preparing and transmitting the request or making the result or supporting record available. A recipient's subsequent action or inaction does not, by itself, affect this assessment.
3. General refund rule
Once processing has started, voluntary cancellation or a refund for change of mind is not available, without prejudice to any statutory right of withdrawal held by the consumer.
4. Non-refundable circumstances
ComeDisdire charges for processing and transmitting a request and generating evidence, not for guaranteeing a third party's decision.
- Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the user.
- Insufficient information or documents.
- An incorrect or non-existent recipient address.
- Spam filters, blocks or rejection by the recipient's server.
- Network, operator or third-party failures outside ComeDisdire's reasonable control.
- The recipient's failure to read, answer or act.
- Rejection of the cancellation or a requirement for further steps.
- Minimum terms, notice periods, debt or penalties.
- Disagreement with the practical or legal outcome.
- Subsequent charges made by the recipient.
- Failure to use Meno Club or cancellation after a billed period has started.
5. Technical failure attributable to ComeDisdire
A full or partial refund may be considered only where a verifiable technical failure attributable exclusively to ComeDisdire prevented provision of the service. A claim must be sent to support@comedisdire.com no later than seven calendar days after the user became, or should reasonably have become, aware of the issue. ComeDisdire may request further information and, where the failure can be remedied, repeat processing at no additional cost.
6. Statutory withdrawal
If a consumer validly withdraws after the initial service has started but before it is fully performed, Zemobile LLC may deduct or require payment for the proportion already provided. The right is lost once the service has been fully performed, provided performance began with the user's express consent and prior acknowledgement of that consequence.
7. Refunds and statutory rights
Approved refunds are generally made to the payment method originally used. The time taken to credit the refund depends on the payment provider and financial institution. A refund is not a general admission of liability, does not create a precedent and does not automatically cancel Meno Club. This Policy does not limit consumers' non-waivable rights.
Transparency notice
ComeDisdire is a private, independent service operated by Zemobile LLC. We prepare and transmit cancellation requests through traceable electronic communications. We are not part of, do not represent and are not affiliated with the companies listed in the directory. The final decision on each cancellation rests with the recipient. ComeDisdire does not provide legal advice or replace applicable official or contractual procedures.
Consent to immediate performance
I expressly request that ComeDisdire begin providing the initial service immediately, before the general withdrawal period ends. I understand that if I withdraw before the service has been fully performed, I may be charged the proportionate amount for the part already provided, and I acknowledge that I will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
Meno Club consent
I wish to activate Meno Club with an initial seven-day free period. Once that period ends, the subscription will renew automatically at €39.95 per month, including taxes, until I cancel it. I authorise recurring charges and understand that cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for periods already billed.
